Based at St Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney, the clinic was established by the director of the Clinical Research Unit for Anxiety and Depression (CRUfAD) Professor Gavin Andrews, AO MD of the University of New South Wales.

Based on our leading research we have made a number of proven and effective online programs available through CRUfAD’s online initiative This Way Up www.thiswayup.org.au. These programs can be prescribed by health professionals or undertaken as self-help programs and are designed to improve wellbeing
